CROW's final session cutting willow this season. A considerable amount of willow remained because of the problems accessing the site due to the flooding earlier in the year. Because the willow had now started in to growth it was no longer suitable for weaving but will be used to make items such as plant supports.
We will be returning to the site after Christmas, conditions permitting, to start the harvesting process all over again.
