On the warmest day of the year so far, our task was to clear the bramble which was spreading into the willow beds.
Our latest tool purchase, the Roughneck Micro Mattock, proved to be a useful addition to our armoury.
While clearing a willow bed can be a rewarding experience, in the warm sunshine it soon became obvious that watching someone else at work could be equally satisfying .....
..... at least until the source of your satisfaction decides to join you.
We may have had a relaxing day but by the end the beds were looking much clearer .....
..... although some still found it hard to stop.
Many thanks to all those who joined us, Alan, Barry, Dave, Jan, John, Marcus and Peter.
