Clayfield Copse, Caversham ~ Regular monthly task - Coppicing

The Friends of Clayfield Copse meet on the first Sunday of each month to help care for what was designated Reading's first local nature reserve in 1991. The Friends of group, now part of Econet, was established about the same time and can be seen here coppicing ash in prepation for our Bean Pole Day event at Caversham Court at the end of April.
